Our hot tub covers are made from tapered, virgin expanded polystyrene foam, and are reinforced with metal channels for durability. 
The foam cores are sealed in 4 mil plastic to resist water saturation. 
The exterior of the cover is constructed with 28 oz. marine grade vinyl which is designed to resist ultraviolet rays, mildew, and mold.
